I love to say, “motion is lotion.”

This is important because I truly believe everyone can feel better in their body. Old injuries can be resolved. We can all evolve. This is a place to start and continue to grow and thrive. My practice is part of the human potential movement. My in studio hands on sessions focus on fascial manipulation and body alignment to relieve pain and increase range of motion.

My companion online program strives to maintain those gains through education and movements that are taught with my book and weekly online classes. As a recent student commented :

About Jen Hayes

Jen Hayes believes that it is everyone’s birthright to feel good physically.

She has been helping people eliminate chronic pain and find the joy of being in their bodies for over 2 decades as a professional Rolfer ® and Rolf Movement practitioner ®. Jen is the founder of The Rolfing® Studio Toronto, author of internationally renowned book “Moving into Alignment” and is the creator of online movement program BodyFlow. When Jen is not helping clients in her private practice or teaching movement online she is dancing, cooking, hiking and spending time with her family.
