Each month, we’ll have a theme that focuses on a body movement that leaves you grounded, centred and feeling better in your body.

Flexible Participation:

Each session is offered twice within the month, providing you the flexibility to choose a time that suits you best. Attend both if you wish. The joy is that this is live, it won’t be recorded.

Details:
Dates: Second Saturday and fourth Tuesday afternoon of the month. Both at 1:00 pm EST. For 1 calendar year.

Where: Virtual.

Investment: $360 CAD per year.

Why I’m offering this: I think the work is magic and I’m drawn to share.

After studying fascia for more than 30 years, I want even more people to learn the importance of fascia to their well-being and ability to thrive.

I’m launching this full year program for people to stay embodied. It helps maintain the gains they’ve already felt while experiencing fascial movement in BodyFlow or the Rolfing Ten Series.

Some examples of movement themes are:

April’s theme is breath. When we become aware of our breath, it can have a profound effect on our health. We’ll learn movements that optimize your respiratory mechanism (such as the diaphragm, neck, and the ribcage) and open your fascia net.

May is a Special Month that includes the premier of Movement for Menopause Workshop. You will learn movements to address changes created by menopause. The movements can be used for prevention and are also helpful for post menopausal years. Explore movements to rehydrate your fascia, relieve pain, stiffness and reduce inflamation. Connect with a wider group as this workshop is open to the public to join and connect with Monthly Movement group.

In June’s theme we’ll go to our feet. We’ll address foot-related concerns with focus on balance, coordination, and alignment. Bunions, flat feet, plantar fasciitis or even walking on concrete for years, this session will help you move gracefully with less pain.

July is neck and shoulders. So many of us carry our shoulders up at our ears, we’ll work to release that tension so you’ll feel longer and more comfortable (great if you’re concerned with tech neck or Dowager’s hump because opening the fascia will help).

I believe these movements can create structural change. People can get to the root of the chronic pain that they have and hopefully, relieve their pains permanently.

It feeds my soul to offer programs like the Monthly Movement program. I’m excited about the journey. Come join me.
