Body Flow is a small group Movement Online program that focuses on each topic in the Rolfing Structural Integration 10 series. Offering accessible movements from many disciplines for example dance, martial arts, yoga and how they relate to the fascial line of each session. This strengthens newfound patterns brought to light in the 10-series.
You will leave feeling like you had a Rolfing session!
The class gives you a home care and professional development experience as well as the joy of moving together. You will gain momentum and fresh ideas for your own movement practice as well as easily accessible movements to show your clients.
If you are Body Work Professional, you will obtain 3 Continuing Education Credits through the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute.
